Our server was the WORST I've ever seen. We were with a party of eight with reservations. We still waited to be seated. She forgot one person's meal. We asked her numerous times and then finally asked a girl who was bussing tables before we got word on the missing meal. Four of us had the buffet, which had excellent food. Four of us ordered from the menu, three of which came rather quickly and was excellent. Unfortunately, everyone else was finished eating by the time the missing meal arrived. There was never an explanation from our server but worst of all, never an apology. She said there was nothing she could do. She finally refilled our drinks after asking for the sixth time. She brought our bills without further prompting. She did take $5.00 off the bill for the missing meal. It should have been free! She claimed not to have the authority to take more than $5.00 off without manager approval...well, explain your actions to the manager and make this right. Instead, she refused to take responsibility and basically slapped us in the face with the $5.00 off a $300.00 bill. Worst of all, never once did she apologize. Nothing even close. After dining here numerous times, this was beyond disappointing. Perhaps it's time to find another establishment.
